Don't be horrified by fat....... like the rat

Fat can be conquered by aromatherapy.....
 

Aromatherapy uses essential oil to reduce cellulite, minimize fluid retention and tone the skin as weight is lost.
 

Essential oil.....
-distilled from certain plants and trees.
-is produced by the tiny glands in the plant hold very small amount of these special aromatic liquids.
-affinity fir certain bodily system or organs.

    e.g.: juniper    - helps fluid retention.
                        - useful for cystitis and extra oily skin.
         patchouli - congested tissues and fluid retention.
                        - useful for dry and cracked skin.
 

Powerful oils which penetrate the skin are not usually used in their pure extracted form.  They are added to "carriers"-water, vegetable oil or white lotion.

For more effective results, the overweight person needs to use bath oil, milk, massage oil and application oil.

Please follow the procedure:
1.    Mix the essential oil either in the bath or in the carrier.
2.    Whether it is your own mixture or ready made concentrated oil or application product, you must apply it into affected area every night and morning.  if you are diligent, you will get the results and lose the weight and furthermore, your skin will stay soft.
 

If you are overweight, it can only take a few weeks.  , please go slow.

Keep trying on a dress or a skirt that is too tight for you from the beginning of the treatment to monitor your progress.
Check whether your being overweight is hormonal, if yes, do take the sage and add it into the mixture.   being  depressed about the weight, inhale clary-sage regularly from a tissue (10 drops) or use it in a bath (6-8drops) is a big help.

Conquering fears and phobias........(A-Z of phobia)......

A = Avoidance.
Avoid avoidance.

B = Breaking it down.
Break down long standing fears to smaller steps to make it more manageable.

C = Commitment.
Tolerating and overcoming one's fears requires commitment, courage and perseverance.  Are you ready?

D = Doing.
Actions speaks louder than words; words than thoughts.  Take responsibility for your problem and watch out for the civil war which will take place in your head.

E = Exposure; the treatment of choice.
It "desensitizes" fear and words best if done regularly, prolonged until the fear subsides and in read life.  Face the fear, Stay with the fear and Wait for it to disappear.

F = Flooding; jumping inert the deep end.
This is the other way of doing exposure.  Basically, jumping in at the deep end and waiting for the fear to go.

G = Goals setting; think about it. list it, try it!
Research consistently shows that people who list and write down their goals achieve it!

H = Humour.
Have a sense of homour.  See the lighter side.  Be more "think skinned".  be prepared to laugh at yourself.

I = Interpersonal relationship; how others can help.
A trusted encouraging helper can be very beneficial.

J = Just do it!

K = Knowledge.
Know your strengths and weaknesses; and knowing about the phobia.  Read, listen, learn and apply.

L = Living; get a life (in spite of your fears and phobias).

M = Mindstyle; your state of mind.

N = No pain, no gain: tolerance.

O = One day at a time.

P = Perseverance: preserve with regular practice.

Q = Quit time: "Time out".
A time of quit, meditation, prays or relaxation helps prepare the sufferers for the task of exposure.

R = Risk; take risks! Learn to estimate it properly.

S = Setbacks; dealing with them.
Expect setbacks.  See them as an opportunity to learn.

T = Treatment.
Exposure treatment with/without relaxation with/without drugs.

U = Unwinding; learning to relax.
Deep breathing; muscle relaxation; mental relaxation and imaginary, self statements and distraction.

V = Visualization.
Doing exposure in your mind before doing it in real life.

W = Work; improvement requires work.
There is No substitute for regular practice!

X = EXpectations; be realistically, optimistic.

Y = Your rights; assertiveness.
